After returning to his home state in 2021\, he joined the Mileta opening team in 2023 and now oversees the restaurant’s menu development and daily operations\, crafting inventive\, ingredient-driven dishes that balance refinement with warmth. His cooking reflects both a strong sense of place and a spirit of exploration\, serving a meal that is at once rooted and unexpected.
