Hosted at Skyline Lodge against the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains\, this event offers an al fresco steakhouse dining experience. Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse’s culinary team\, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef. \nFor $175 per person\, including beverage pairings\, plus tax and gratuity. \nChef Trey Smith is  co-owner and chef at Saint-Germain\, an intimate tasting-menu restaurant in New Orleans’ Bywater neighborhood. He collaborates with Chef Blake Aguillard and General Manager Drew DeLaughter to offer a dynamic culinary experience that blends French influences with Southern roots. Before establishing Saint-Germain\, Trey strengthened his culinary skills at Restaurant August under Chef Michael Gulotta. He later joined Mopho as the opening chef de cuisine and contributed to the launch of Maypop. His dedication to innovative cuisine has earned him multiple nominations for “Best Chef: South” from the James Beard Foundation.
