DESCRIPTION:Acorns’ annual designer pop-ups and showcases are sure to please with unique offerings and opportunities to meet some of the region’s most respected artisans. \nMichael Hofman graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BFA in Industrial Design and then received a Masters Degree in Fine Arts from The Ohio State University. He has called Asheville his home for the last 20 years. In 2007 he opened his studio in the historic River Arts District\, where he produces beautiful\, lace impressed\, handbill porcelain for the table and home.
