Puma Yu’s + Highlander Mountain House at The Ruffed Grouse Tavern

For one night only, Highlander Mountain House and The Ruffed Grouse Tavern welcome acclaimed Athens, Georgia restaurant Puma Yu’s for a full Tavern takeover on Tuesday, June 23.

Known for its bold, creative take on Thai cuisine, inventive cocktails, and thoughtful wine program, Puma Yu’s has quickly become one of the Southeast’s most celebrated restaurants. Chef Pete Amadhanirundr was recognized as a James Beard Foundation Best Chef Southeast Semifinalist in 2024, and Ally Smith — named Georgia’s Best Mixologist by The Local Palate in 2025 — will also be in attendance for the evening.

Guests will enjoy a four-course prix fixe dinner showcasing Puma Yu’s signature dishes, served within the intimate setting of The Ruffed Grouse Tavern.

Tickets are $100 per person and include the four-course menu. Tax, gratuity, and beverages are not included. Seatings begins at 5:30 p.m.
