Introduction to Modern Batik (2.5 hours)

A beginner-friendly introduction to batik, focusing on how resist works and how pigments flow on fabric. Participants create a mosaic-style textile piece using simple techniques and leave with a finished work in a 12-inch embroidery hoop frame.
