There are fundraisers…and then there are experiences.
On Friday, August 21, the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society invites you to Paws & Boots, an unforgettable country-themed evening at Mountain Base, a remarkable private “hangarminium” that few people ever have the opportunity to experience.
Nestled in the mountains in Cashiers near Lake Glenville, Mountain Base provides the perfect setting for a night of live music, delicious food and drinks, shopping, exciting live and silent auctions, and fellowship with fellow animal lovers.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll discover that Paws & Boots is far more than a typical fundraiser. It is an opportunity to enjoy a truly unique venue while supporting a cause that changes lives every day.
For nearly four decades, the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society has served as a voice for the voiceless, providing compassionate care to animals in need, while helping families throughout our community keep the pets they love. Through adoption, low-cost spay/neuter assistance, vaccination programs, pet food assistance, humane education summer camps, and more, CHHS has worked tirelessly to strengthen the bond between people and their pets.
Now, CHHS is building toward its next exciting chapter.
When you attend Paws & Boots, you’ll do more than enjoy an unforgettable evening at a remarkable place. You’ll help build another remarkable place, one that will serve animals and the people who love them for generations to come.
Proceeds from the event will help complete the construction costs of the new CHHS Veterinary Clinic, scheduled to open to the public in 2028. The clinic will expand access to affordable veterinary care and strengthen the organization’s ability to help pets remain healthy, safe, and with the families who cherish them. It is the next step in a mission that has been serving our community for nearly 40 years.
Tickets are $200 per person and are available now. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for individuals and businesses who wish to play a leading role in bringing the CHHS Veterinary Clinic to life.
For tickets and information, visit chhumanesociety.org/pawsandboots or email info@chhumanesociety.org.
You’ll do more than attend an event.
You’ll help build a legacy.
On August 21, a very special place will help build another very special place. We hope you’ll be part of it.
