Highlander Mountain House welcomes Chef Michael Izzard this summer for an intimate chef dinner series at The Ruffed Grouse.

Held every other Monday beginning July 20th, each evening will feature a single seating with only 18 guests. The five-course tasting menu highlights seasonal ingredients and fermentation-driven, live fire technique, shaped by Chef Izzard’s path through some of the country’s most respected kitchens.
