Join authors Janet McCue and Paul Bonesteel to learn about their new comprehensive biography of George Masa—a trailblazing photographer whose work helped shape the preservation of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

At this event they will discuss this research, read from the book (which will be available for purchase), and share footage from Paul’s upcoming documentary on Masa.

The event is hosted by the Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust with co-hosts the Highlands Historical Society and the Cashiers Historical Society. It is sponsored by the Highlands Inn, on Monday, September 16th from 5:30 until 7:30 in the Sequoyah Room. For more information see hcltnc.org.
