Hundreds of the Laurel’s Facebook family cast thousands of votes for over 60 photo entries in the annual photo contest.
And the winner is…Wanda Cooper. Wanda’s beautiful photograph (left) will be featured on the cover of the Laurel’s 2017 Winter edition.
