Always a people person, Andrea Gabbard has enjoyed a real estate career that started in 2003.
She recently joined the team at Berkshire Hathaway where she brings her enthusiasm for construction and sales. This Saratoga, New York, native enjoys the warm personalities and warm weather associated with the South.
“I moved here as quickly as I could,” she says.
After meeting her husband Keven Gabbard, a golf professional, the Gabbards, along with their two children Emily and Kyle, moved to Highlands in 1999. Andrea quickly became the general contractor for two of their personal homes and has been involved in several remodeling projects. She has a passion for building and loves the opportunity to help buyers see a home through that perspective.
Her insight into kitchen design and layout comes from her training at The Culinary Institute of America; and as a professional chef Andrea spent time at the Governor’s Mansion in Florida as well as owning her own restaurant. She’s happy to share her expertise with clients when remodeling their kitchen spaces.
Andrea was part of a select member marketing team hand-picked by Bob Fisher when he listed his $12 million estate, Sagee Manor. She is already a top producer for 2016 with over $1.6 million in sales as of March.
