Dahlia Delight

Even though local gardens are just coming to life, plans are already being drawn up for the magnificent Fourth Annual Dahlia Festival, set for Saturday, September 10, at the Highlands Civic Center.

The Highlands Historical Society is asking all dahlia growers to enter their favorite dahlias into competition. The show will be open to the public from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M.  

The Dazzlin’ Dahlias Patrons’ Party will be Thursday night, September 8, at Highlands Falls Country Club.  Mark your calendars now for a delightful evening.  Come ready to bid on wonderful auction items highlighting dahlias.
