This discussion will focus on some of the major decisions of the 2017-2018 U.S. Supreme Court, putting these in historical context as well as noting the potential legal, political and societal changes that may stem from these cases. Presenter: Todd Collins, Ph.D., is Steed Distinguished Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Affairs and Director of the Public Policy Institute at Western Carolina University and a licensed attorney.
