Brushy Face Workday with Highlands Cashiers Land Trust
Hey Trail Crew, happy New Year! We are going to have our next volunteer trail building workday in Highlands on Tuesday,
January 9th.

Come join us in improving our trails at Brushy Face Preserve! We need your help to build new infrastructure and clean these trails up to improve sustainability and the public’s enjoyment.
For this workday we will be carrying in timbers and materials to construct a new bridge across the upper creek crossing on the original loop trail. We may also be cleaning up trails that need some lopping or brush cleanup.
MEET AT TRAILHEAD @ 9:30AM: We will meet at the Brushy Face Preserve trailhead (DIRECTIONS BELOW).
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a pair of work gloves, water, and wear rugged weather appropriate clothing and shoes for working in and getting dirty! We will provide the appropriate tools needed to work on the trail.
