Join us at The Ruffed Grouse Tavern at Highlander Mountain House for a three course meal from guest chef Luis Martinez along with cocktail pairings from Don Gato Tequila.
The menu highlights Chef Martinez’s nixtamalized techniques and bold flavors, paired with Don Gato Tequila cocktails throughout the evening. Dishes include tuna with jicama and chintextle, winter squash with grasshopper salsa macha, and a sweet potato and corn mousse.
