In this class we will use all props and bolsters available to support your body into a rest state in each of the postures presented. This form of yoga calms nervous tension and promotes deeper sleep (hence our practice in the evening!).
Rose Mary has studied with Judith Lasater, a senior teacher of Restorative Yoga. A South Bath is the use of crystal bowls and harmonizing sound to focus your mind into a journey state assisting your relaxation and comfort. Plan for a chill evening after this class.
