Enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience with our premier guest chef dinner series, “Under the Stars, On the Rocks”. Hosted at Skyline Lodge against the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this event offers an al fresco steakhouse dining experience. Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse’s culinary team, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef. For $175 per person, including beverage pairings, plus tax and gratuity.

Chef Joe Schafer, Vice President of Culinary for Atlanta-based Electric Hospitality, brings over 25 years of experience to leading the kitchens at The Electric Room, Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall, Muchacho, and Ranger Station. A James Beard Award nominee and former Executive Chef at many top Atlanta restaurants like Bacchanalia and King + Duke, he also spearheaded the Atlanta Hawks’ food and sustainability programs at State Farm Arena, earning it a platinum zero-waste certification. Passionate about dynamic, contemporary dining, he continues to redefine Atlanta’s culinary scene.
