Valentine’s Day Dinner at Highlands Supper Club

Highlands Supper Club, a new destination restaurant at Trailborn Highlands is serving elevated Southern fare in a reimagined historic log cabin. Whether you’re looking to book an intimate dinner for two or treat your friends to a lovely valentines dinner, Highlands Supper Club will provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. To add to the experience, guest can also book a night at the hotel.

This Valentine’s Day, Highlands Supper Club is offering an indulgent four course prix-fixe dinner ($85 per person) that features unique dishes including the Love Apple Soup, a rich tomato soup with grilled sourdough, braised rib with pomme puree honey glazed carrot, black truffle and a Providence Farmstead beef tartare with bone marrow.

The elevated southern prix-fixe menu can be complemented with an optional wine pairing ($55 per person) or a non alcoholic paring ($35 per person).
