Let’s celebrate health and relaxation! No experience necessary. Free Community Stretch and Yoga in the Park Summer Series, sponsored by the Highlands Chamber of Commerce/ Visit Highlands NC will be offered by Certified Instructors/ Yoga Highlands on the 3rd Tuesday of the month @ 6pm beginning May 21.
Please bring a mat and water, and dress comfortably.
We will teach you the way to move safely and breathe efficiently to elevate your wellness! (next dates: 6/18, 7/16, 8/20)
