Join for a sweet flow will that will tone, strengthen and stretch your body all while relaxing your mind and connecting to your heart.
This is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing practice. Great for yoga students of all levels as well as gym goers, runners, bikers, golfers, yoga flow-ers and anyone looking to simply relax, unwind, and let go of stress and tension in the body and mind.
Class is currently limited to 15 people and online registration is required
A gentle, yet effective approach to yoga that focuses on increasing flexibility and balance for transformation at any age. Good for all levels, including beginners and anyone who hasn't practiced in a while. This class is a wonderful opportunity to honor your unique body.
Parkinson's Classes
Moderate intensity exercise designed to slow motor deterioration, improve cognitive function & improve balance and reaction time.

Breathe, move, sweat and connect! Stoked by yogic breathing techniques, the internal heat of the body couples well with the external heat of the room to allow you the opportunity to drop a little deeper into your practice.
The Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust and The Village Green co-host a series of lectures each summer!

Known as the “Cheers” of Bookstores, the Bookworm in Highlands is affiliated with the Hudson Library: all books are donated; all staff are volunteers; and all funds go to help support the library.
