Join the fun as, each day, 50 lucky drivers, and their passengers drive beautiful mountain “less traveled” roads and experience the comradery with the “One Lappers”. The annual “One Lap of The Mountains” driving tours have become the one of festival’s most popular events.
These exhilarating driving adventures are technical rallies as opposed to timed rallies, designed to give drivers a chance to enjoy the scenery while staying together as a group.
Over the decades, The Church of the Good Shepherd’s annual Bazaar has earned a regional reputation. It’s only natural that it’s mushroomed into the year-round Bazaar Barn, 118 US Hwy 64 West (at Shoppes on the Green).
A display of Appalachian crafts, foods, and of course, many quilts from local artisans.
Enjoy a wine tasting and meet author and Italian wine maker Gudrun Cuillo!
Known as the “Cheers” of Bookstores, the Bookworm in Highlands is affiliated with the Hudson Library: all books are donated; all staff are volunteers; and all funds go to help support the library. More than a retail store, we are a community service offering carefully sorted donated books to provide the best quality at a used bookstore price.
Visit the Bazaar Barn's second location Fridays and Saturdays at 1846 107N, across from Blue Ridge School.
Join us on Tuesdays and Fridays to learn more about animal feeding during our Daily Education Programs!
Plush easy chairs, sofas, and antique bistro tables invite you to sit back and embrace the carefree ambiance surrounding you. Live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night.
