The TUNE-UP is a great opportunity to revive stagnant energy levels and counteract sedentary habits of the Winter season, all while having FUN.
To play, stop by the front desk to grab your bingo card and register. Players have the entire month of April to participate and are able to jump in anytime during the month. Each time you achieve a bingo your name will be entered into a drawing to win our Ultimate Spring Tune-Up Bundle.
Emergence celebrates the role of teaching and mentoring in artistic development, highlighting works by faculty mentors their students. The 34 pairs of artists presented in this exhibition represent 20 institutions of higher education from the Southeast. Their works represent a wide variety of approaches to subject matter, innovative use of materials, and mastery of traditional mediums being taught and practiced in contemporary studio programs.
A free public reception will be held Thursday, February 23 at 5pm at The Bascom to celebrate our winter exhibitions.
Known as the “Cheers” of Bookstores, the Bookworm in Highlands is affiliated with the Hudson Library: all books are donated; all staff are volunteers; and all funds go to help support the library. More than a retail store, we are a community service offering carefully sorted donated books to provide the best quality at a used bookstore price.

Accessible for all levels of practitioners this moderately paced Hatha Flow practice of flowing movement linked with breath offers challenges and intensity with modifications and variations in order to meet each practitioner at his or her skill level.
We recommend students new to yoga begin with our Beginner and Level 1 classes first to establish comfort and familiarity of the basics of yoga before moving into a vinyasa flow class or any other mixed level class.
Class is limited to 15 people and online registration is required.
