While Back Porch Orchestra started their journey as a modern band, there’s no doubt that they’re shaped by their homegrown, traditional roots. Over the decades, The Church of the Good Shepherd’s annual Bazaar has earned a regional reputation. It’s only natural that it’s mushroomed into the year-round Bazaar Barn, 118 US Hwy 64 West (at Shoppes on the Green). Acorns' annual designer pop-ups are sure to please with unique offerings and opportunities to meet some of the region's most respected artisans. Known as the “Cheers” of Bookstores, the Bookworm in Highlands is affiliated with the Hudson Library: all books are donated; all staff are volunteers; and all funds go to help support the library. More than a retail store, we are a community service offering carefully sorted donated books to provide the best quality at a used bookstore price. Over 400 Dahlias will be on display and be judged on their beauty. The Dahlia Depot will also be open in the park on Friday to take in Dahlias and other flowers to be used in Saturday’s displays.
