Each student is encouraged to move slowly with awareness. The Vinyasa portion of the practice links slow to moderate movement to the breath and is designed to warm the body in preparation for the Yin portion which includes holding poses for 2-5 minutes. The Yin poses allow the connective tissues, muscles and more to stretch slowly to create more space internally.

Saturdays on Pine Concert Series: Clay Page at Kelsey Hutchinson Park
With a guitar as big as he was at the age of 9, the gas had already been poured on to Clay Page’s musical journey. After winning his hometown talent competition at 15 years old, the match had then been lit and thrown to the growing flames .
A throwback to traditional country, southern rock, soul and blues. With influences ranging from Hank Sr. to The Allman Brothers. Clay Page’s music is a "sound of the deep south.”
