This is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing practice. Great for yoga students of all levels as well as gym goers, runners, bikers, golfers, yoga flow-ers and anyone looking to simply relax, unwind, and let go of stress and tension in the body and mind.
Class is currently limited to 15 people and online registration is required

Tech Time sessions offer one-on-one help on any personal digital device. Tech Time is a chance for residents of all ages to bring their devices and ask any questions. Learn how to set up an email account, mute your cell phone, back up and store files, and more.
Tech Times are free. No library card is required and no appointment is necessary. Services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Highlands Saturday Marketplace at the Kelsey Hutchison Founders Park begins on April 1 and is held each Saturday from 8:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M.
