Join for a sweet flow will that will tone, strengthen and stretch your body all while relaxing your mind and connecting to your heart.
This is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing practice. Great for yoga students of all levels as well as gym goers, runners, bikers, golfers, yoga flow-ers and anyone looking to simply relax, unwind, and let go of stress and tension in the body and mind.
Class is currently limited to 15 people and online registration is required
