Warm Flow Yoga at Cashiers Valley Fusion
Warm Flow Yoga at Cashiers Valley Fusion
Breathe, move, sweat and connect! Stoked by yogic breathing techniques, the internal heat of the body couples well with the external heat of the room to allow you the opportunity to drop a little deeper into your practice.
Each pose creates an opportunity to transform and grow without sacrificing the integrity of Yoga's mind, body, breath relationship.
Warm Flow Yoga class is taught in a heated room of 80-85 degrees. This is NOT hot yoga which is 90-115 degrees.
This class is suited for level 1, 2 and 3 students. Modifications and enhancements are offered as needed so everyone in the class is able to work at their own level comfortably. This class is not suited for beginners.
