To benefit the the Town of Highlands Scholarship Fund, the Highlands Three River Fly Fishing Festival was held Thursday, April 28, through Saturday, April 30, in the streams and rivers around Highlands. Casting clinics and the fishing competition along with opening and closing night celebrations comprise the weekend of angler festivities. Listed below are the winners of the competitions.
