We at The Laurel have long championed the fashion and artistic communities that give the Highlands‑Cashiers Plateau its unmistakable creative pulse. That’s why we’re thrilled once again to sponsor the High Style Fashion Show, presented by the Highlands Chamber of Commerce/Visit Highlands, NC, and hosted at The Bascom.
Join us on May 16 at 9:30 A.M. for a runway experience that blends fresh trends with the timeless charm of Plateau style–from Resort Casual to Mountain Chic to, of course, High Style. It’s an event designed for pure fashion fun, where confidence meets creativity and guests are encouraged to bring their best look.
The show is free and open to the public, and this year comes with an extra treat: sweet goodies from The Baked Bunny.
VIP seating is available for $25 and includes reserved front-row seats, a sparkling arrival beverage, and a curated swag bag.
This year’s runway will showcase looks from an impressive lineup of Highlands boutiques, each bringing its own flair, personality, and seasonal inspiration. Boutiques include:
Annawear, Bear Mountain Outfitters, C.Orrico, Elena’s, Elevation of Highlands, Haley’s Fine Lingerie, Highland Hiker, Highlands Hatter, Highlands Paws, Monkees, Reeves Hardware, Silver Eagle, The Molly Grace, TJ Bailey, and Wit’s End.
Of course, the Fashion Show is just one highlight of the full High Style schedule (see page 16 for all of the day’s events).
