Chef Santiago “Santi” Guzzetti, the visionary behind Sylva’s acclaimed restaurant Ilda, brings a world-class culinary perspective rooted in his Italian-Argentinian heritage and refined through years of experience in Argentina, Spain, and New York City before settling in Western North Carolina. At Ilda, he and his wife Crystal Pace craft a seasonal Italian-Appalachian menu that celebrates local farmers and handmade techniques with heart and precision.

For Slow Season Supper Club, Chef Santi will be preparing hand-rolled pasta as part of a thoughtfully composed four-course, family-style supper club where food, beverages, and a memorable experience are included.

Expertly paired wines are included in the ticket price and will be thoughtfully curated by Caleb Irby, our Head of Hospitality and Beverage Director of Atlanta wine bar, Larakin.
