Hosted at Skyline Lodge against the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this event offers an al fresco steakhouse dining experience. Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse’s culinary team, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef.
Chef Jason Stanhope is Chef and Partner at Sullivan’s Fish Camp on Sullivan’s Island in Charleston, South Carolina, where he highlights the Lowcountry’s farmers and fishermen through a refined yet deeply personal approach to coastal cuisine. Stanhope spent more than a decade at FIG, one of Charleston’s most influential restaurants, rising to Executive Chef and earning the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast in 2015. Known for his ingredient-driven philosophy and respect for Southern foodways, Stanhope brings a balance of technical precision and heartfelt simplicity that promises a thoughtful, regionally inspired evening.
