Not to worry, there are options available, but act quickly because reservations are required and space is limited. Here is a sampling of what’s available:

Mountain Fresh (828) 526-2400. Call now to reserve your complete Thanksgiving dinner. Hours on Thanksgiving Day are 9:00 A.M. until noon, with pre-ordered dinners available for pickup at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 A.M. Additionally, they will have a light soup and salad bar available.
The Kitchen CarryAway & Catering (828) 526-2100. Pre order a delicious Thanksgiving menu (no turkeys offered). All Thanksgiving orders will need to be picked up on Wednesday, November 22nd by 5:00 p.m.
Rosewood Market (828) 526-0383. Order the perfect Thanksgiving meal, complete with Turkey and delicious sides by Nov. 11.
Dusty’s (828) 526-2762. Pre-order Thanksgiving sides and home made desserts. Pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Fressers (828) 526-8847. Turkey, Casseroles and a variety of sides available for pre order.
Bella’s Junction Cafe (828) 526-0803. Carry-out Thanksgiving meals and home made pies available with pre-order.

Adair Bros. Smokehouse (828) 743-3200. Call ahead to order your Thanksgiving turkey and sides.
Farmer’s Market (828) 743-4334. Their season officially ends in October but they open again Thanksgiving week, so call ahead and reserve your turkey or ham and delicious sides and desserts. Pickup is the day before Thanksgiving.
The Blind Mule (828) 553-8978. Call by Nov. 17 to reserve your Thanksgiving feast for 6. Pick up on Nov. 23 between 8 am – noon.
DINING IN
Highlands Area
Wolfgang’s (828) 526-3807. A special Thanksgiving menu is planned with the first seating available at 11:30 A.M. and the last seating at 4:00 P.M.
Madison’s (828) 787-2525. Thanksgiving menu available but at press time all seating times were booked and a wait list was available.
Main Street Bistro (828) 526-2590. An all-day buffet will be served from noon until 6:00 P.M.
On The Verandah (828) 526-2338. Thanksgiving Buffet from noon until 6:00 P.M.
Meritage (828) 526-1019. A three-course, all-inclusive menu will be available with seatings available at noon, 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M.
