This evening at Flat Mountain Farm features a communal supper with Melbourne, Florida chef Toni Elkhouri, a chef whose work is shaped by the culinary traditions of Northern Lebanon, a lifelong commitment to sustainable kitchen practice, and decades spent building one of Florida’s most beloved family restaurants.

For this dinner, Chef Toni will present a multi-course meal served family-style and designed for sharing. The menu will draw from the ingredients of Western North Carolina, interpreted through the lens of her Lebanese heritage.
