Hosted at Skyline Lodge against the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this event offers an al fresco steakhouse dining experience. Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse’s culinary team, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef.
In celebration of five years of Skyline, chefs Markie McCullough, Matt Weinstein, Ashley Cannon, Graham House, and Josh Keeler of the Indigo Road Hospitality Group come together for a collaborative evening rooted in the spirit of gathering. Known for their restaurants across the Southeast that balance thoughtful techniques with genuine hospitality, the Indigo Road family has built its reputation on seasonal ingredients, welcoming spaces, and serving with love. For this anniversary dinner, these five chefs will cook side by side, blending their individual styles into a celebratory menu. It’s an evening designed to honor the relationships, memories, and community that have defined Skyline over the past five years, a true toast to the table, under the stars.
