Hosted at Skyline Lodge against the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this event offers an al fresco steakhouse dining experience. Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse’s culinary team, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef.
Chef Alex Green is the Executive Chef of Mileta in Lexington, Kentucky, where he leads a contemporary Italian-inspired kitchen defined by global influences and a deep respect for seasonality. A Kentucky native, Green has shaped his craft in notable Southern kitchens,
including helping open the acclaimed Josephine Estelle in New Orleans and serving as chef de cuisine at Hog & Hominy in Memphis, experiences that refined his approach to bold flavors and thoughtful technique. After returning to his home state in 2021, he joined the Mileta opening team in 2023 and now oversees the restaurant’s menu development and daily operations, crafting inventive, ingredient-driven dishes that balance refinement with warmth. His cooking reflects both a strong sense of place and a spirit of exploration, serving a meal that is at once rooted and unexpected.
