Enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience with our premier guest chef dinner series, “Under the Stars, On the Rocks”.

Hosted at Skyline Lodge against the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this event offers an al fresco steakhouse dining experience. Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse’s culinary team, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef.

Chef Anne Quatrano is the chef-owner of Bacchanalia, Star Provisions, and Summerland in Atlanta and has helped shape the city’s dining landscape for more than two decades with her unwavering commitment to local, seasonal ingredients. A pioneer of farm-driven cuisine in the South, much of the produce featured in her restaurants comes directly from her own Summerland Farm in Cartersville, reflecting a philosophy rooted in sustainability and a deep respect for the land. Bacchanalia has earned recognition from the MICHELIN Guide as one of Atlanta’s first one-starred and Green-starred restaurants, adding to Quatrano’s long list of honors, including a James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast. Her cooking blends precision and restraint with soulful Southern sensibility, promising a dinner grounded in place, purpose, and refined simplicity.

For $175 per person, including beverage pairings, plus tax and gratuity.
