Hosted at Skyline Lodge against the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this event offers an al fresco steakhouse dining experience. Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse’s culinary team, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef.
Chef Julia Sullivan is the Chef and Co-Owner of Henrietta Red in Nashville, a celebrated oyster bar known for its seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine and thoughtful sourcing. After honing her craft in some of New York’s most respected kitchens, she returned home to open Henrietta Red in 2017, earning national acclaim from Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, and the James Beard Foundation. In 2024, she expanded her vision with Judith, an American tavern recognized as one of Esquire’s Best New Restaurants and a MICHELIN-recommended destination in Sewanee, Tennessee. Joining her is Bill Walton, founding board member of Oyster South and a leading voice in shellfish aquaculture, whose work connects sustainable oyster farming with chefs and coastal communities across the South. Together, they bring a dynamic conversation between kitchen and coast, rooted in sustainability, seasonality, and a deep appreciation for the waters that shape Southern cuisine.
