This winter–spring series at Flat Mountain Farm offers Wednesday wellness experiences in partnership with local and regional practitioners, blending breathwork, movement, sound healing, and meditation to support restoration, self-connection, and embodied transformation in a nurturing, reflective space.
Known as the “Cheers” of Bookstores, the Bookworm in Highlands is affiliated with the Hudson Library: all books are donated; all staff are volunteers; and all funds go to help support the library. More than a retail store, we are a community service offering carefully sorted donated books to provide the best quality at a used bookstore price.
In our fast-paced society we can become addicted to our sense of urgency. Give yourself the gift of slowing down. Slow Flow is an easy paced class suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
The mission of the Food Pantry of Highlands is to provide nutritious food to anyone who meets the income eligibility guidelines for USDA food. In the winter months, the economies of Highlands and Cashiers slow to a standstill. This, combined with increased heating costs, drains funds from the family budget that would normally be spent on food.
