Highlands Marketplace; This local market opens Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park on Pine Street and you’ll want to arrive early for the best selections. Not only will you see your neighbors there shopping, but you’ll see local farmers, crafters, growers, artists, and bakers.
Known as the “Cheers” of Bookstores, the Bookworm in Highlands is affiliated with the Hudson Library: all books are donated; all staff are volunteers; and all funds go to help support the library. More than a retail store, we are a community service offering carefully sorted donated books to provide the best quality at a used bookstore price.

Fill your basket every Wednesday from 2pm-5pm with naturally raised meat and dairy items, fresh eggs, jams, pickles, freshly baked bread and delicious granola at Cashiers Village Green. Set your table with fresh-cut flowers that morning or plant your entryway with locally grown perennials. Always fresh. Always local.
Join the Halloween fun! The October installment of our Youth Pottery sereis provides the opportunity to create clay pumpkins using the pinch pot method, then decorating our creations using cut outs and faces! This workshop meets for a total of three(3) sessions from 3:30 - 5:00pm on October 12th, 19th, and 26th. The tuition is $120/person and includes all three sessions. Appropriate for students ages 5 and up.
