Meno-posse is a new movement studio class for women seeking strength, mobility, and community through midlife and beyond.
In this class we will use all props and bolsters available to support your body into a rest state in each of the postures presented. This form of yoga calms nervous tension and promotes deeper sleep (hence our practice in the evening!).
