Hudson Library, in partnership with VAYA Health, is hosting an educational series on adult mental health topics, held on the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM.

Hudson Library, in partnership with VAYA Health, is hosting an educational series on adult mental health topics, held on the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM. This series is aimed particularly at older adults and will focus on mental health topics of particular interest to them, but all ages are welcome to attend.
The October 4 program is Enriching Mental Health with Complementary Treatments: Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Essential Oils, and Massage.
This program series covers a variety of complementary treatments for overall mental health that can support managing everyday stressors and improving wellness. These treatments can create opportunities for balance, stability, and stress reduction. The main topics will be acupuncture, aromatherapy, essential oils, and massage.
