Dave O’Harra (President), Al Tuchfarber and Mark Chmar

At the Rotary Club of Highlands meeting held on July 18, 2023, we welcomed guest speaker Al Tuchfarber. Mark Chmar introduced Al to the club, and Al gave a wonderful talk on the current Eastern European conflict with the war between Ukraine and Russia.

Al spoke on his projections on which country might come out victorious, the timeframe and the rippling affects that the outcome could produce throughout the world.
