Vote For Highlands and Cashiers Finest in Travel + Leisure’s Best of 2023 Award

A quintet of local inns have been nominated for Travel + Leisure’s Best of 2023 Award.

Vying for inclusion on T+L’s coveted award are The Greystone Inn, Old Edwards Inn, Half-Mile Farm, Skyline Lodge and High Hampton Resort. 

“We are overwhelmed with gratitude that both The Greystone Inn and The Willcox have again been nominated for the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards,” said Shannon Ellis, co-owner of The Willcox and The Greystone with her husband Geoffrey.

The Greystone Inn

The Greystone Inn is a stately, Swiss style mansion that has silently held court on the shores of scenic Lake Toxaway for over a century. Built in 1915 by Savannah Heiress Lucy Armstrong Moltz, the inn has 30 guestrooms and suites, a full-service spa, a mansion bar, and a Lakeside Dining Room for their guests to enjoy.
