On Saturday, October 25, Frank Allen Road transforms into a twilight trail of costumes, candy, and community cheer for the third annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat Street — a free, family-friendly celebration of spooky fun and sweet memories.
On Friday, October 31, from 6:00–8:00 P.M., Highlands’ Main Street transforms into a whimsical wonderland of costumes, candy, and community for the 2025 Downtown Trick or Treat — a festive fusion of Halloween fun and hometown heart.
The Highlands Chamber of Commerce proudly honored exceptional individuals and organizations at its annual Fall Finale Business After Hours, held September 25 at Trailborn Highlands. The event gathered Chamber members to celebrate outstanding contributions that exemplify leadership, service, and dedication to the Highlands community.
